Key responsibilities:
Lead the procurement team: structure workflows, assign tasks, manage performance, and develop team capabilities; Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with fleet requirements and company objectives; Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization; Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers, conclude and monitor contracts; Ensuring the availability of all required certificates and documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1, FAA 8130, and others); Monitor stock availability and guarantee timely delivery of parts and components; Conducting tender procedures, evaluating suppliers, and monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
