• Leading and managing sales in Central and Eastern Europe, North Caucasus and Central Asia.
• Defining strategic goals for given markets and control of their fulfillment.
• Control on execution of sales and revenue plans in given markets.
• Control of local sales activity plans to ensure maximum realization.
• Conducting effective sales within main distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue growth at
minimum cost of sale.
• Regular analysis of the efficiency of the commercial agreements with trade partners.
• Development of sales incentive programs (agents, corporates).
• Coordination with company superiors at different divisions (sales and distribution, revenue
management, revenue accounting and settlement, finance and treasury, trade marketing, e-commerce,
network planning, HR, legal and compliance)
• Planning, distribution and control of the regional cost budget.
• Optimization of local sales structures (own representations, GSAs, PSAs).
• Local staff assessment, control of targets and KPI delivery.
• Interaction with local civil aviation authorities, international associations and alliances (IATA / Star Alliance), local clearing houses (BSP / TCH), AOM committees, local airports.
