Main responsibilities included management and control of the full range of ground equipment systems, maintenance and upgrading of supporting vehicles (aircrafts, parachutes, generator sets, cooling and air conditioning systems etc.); diagnostic and maintenance of operational use equipment (weapons, bomb loaders). Was in charge of projects in new ground equipment production.

Results:
• Successful management of the department for more than 6 years;
• More than 30 completed full-cycle projects (from best world expertise analysis – up to technical prototype establishment, equipment testing and production).

Project examples:
• Creation and implementation of a new loader for F16 Fighting Falcon
Project duration: 6 months;
Project team: 32 subordinates, including military electric and mechanical engineers, civilian engineers and military production area workers.
• Complex re-equipment of the Centre Command’s generators system (120V to 220V, 60Hz to 50Hz)
Project duration: prototype developed in 3 months, production in progress;
Project Team: 17 subordinates, including military and civilian engineers.
