* Running the department: scheduling the scope of work, due dates control (agreement, approval, execution), achievments analysis.
* Conducting R&D activities and analysis related to Spacecrafts design and structure (prime and secondary structure)
* Workflow managing on design and development of the satellite structure: spacecraft bodies, mechanisms; secondary structure: on-board equipment installation, on-board cable harnesses installation, cable routing;

*Supporting the contracts as a technical or first management interface from the kick-off to shipment of Hardware (HW);
*Supervising the contractors in order to control manufacturing the HW, author's supervising;
* Non-conformance analisys (failure, off-nominal cases) of the HW, reasons, carrying out the way to prevent inconsistences.
