More, than 30 years I gave to the development of international civil aviation, beginning from the Chief of the Airport Operations Control Center going up to the Managing Director one of the largest airport in Eastern Europe with an annual passenger turnover more than 32 million of PAX.
In 2010-2012 I was one of the experts of the Ukraine-Poland joint working group for preparing the airports infrastructure of our countries for the UEFA EURO 2012 football championship. I have tremendous experience in managing airports Level 3 by IATA classification, airport operations, ground handling management at airports, airport scheduling and airport slot coordination, computerization and automation of airport operations procedures, organization of relations between airports and air traffic services, etc. I had experiences for deployment and implementation of many airport’s projects, including Integrated Airport Operations Center (IAOC), Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM), Airport Capacity Enhancement (ACE), implementation of airport’s flight procedures with low visibility appropriate
of ICAO CATIIIA, Airport’s Passenger’s Terminals Facilitation, Airport Planning and Development and many others.
Currently I am working as a contracted instructor for IATA. On behalf of IATA, I consult and train airline’s, airport’s, ground service provider’s and aviation authorities staff on the following area: Airport Management, Scheduling and Airport Slot Coordination, Airport Ground
Handling Management, Airport Operations, Operational Safety Practices in ground handling
(ISAGO), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management System (SMS) etc. throughout the world.

From 2009 to the present time – I am contracted instructor and expert of IATA and Eurocontrol in the Airport Operation and Management.
