• Leading and managing sales in Central and Eastern Europe, North Caucasus and Central Asia.
• Defining strategic goals for given markets and control of their fulfillment.
• Control on execution of sales and revenue plans in given markets.

• Planning, distribution and control of the regional cost budget.
• Optimization of local sales structures (own representations, GSAs, PSAs).
• Local staff assessment, control of targets and KPI delivery.
• Interaction with local civil aviation authorities, international associations and alliances (IATA/
Star Alliance), local clearing houses (BSP / TCH), AOM committees, local airports.
