• Managed the creation of NDT laboratory to implement for quality control of hollow titanium wide-chord fan blade for PD-14 project.
• Developed the technique and instructions required for the procedure of NDT for wide-chord fan blade PD-14, while reducing the number of non-controlled zones for 20%.
• Gained experience with UT, DPI, MT, EC, CT inspections and NDT equipment.
• Worked more than 3 years with computed tomography system «Nikon XTH 450LC» (inspection of internal geometry of industrial components, examination for defects).
• Worked more than 3 years with immersion ultrasonic testing system «Midas» (using A, B, C- scans evaluation, fan blade inspection, weld verification)
• Implemented 2 models of flaw detectors and as a result increased productivity of NDT inspections by 15% for turbine blades of high and low pressure compressors.
• Trained to work more than 20 apprentices with NDT equipment on production line.
• Developed technological processes for series of production parts.
