• Delivery Process Leader of two B767 deliveries, at Boeing Shanghai MRO, GECAS (previously leased to Aeroflot) to Transaero
• Assessment of airworthiness directives (FAA, EASA), Boeing Service Bulletins, recommendations of components vendor and approved maintenance program requirements, evaluation of necessity of its implementation on Transaero 767 and 777 fleet. Preparation of all production process which is necessary for implementation: issuance of documentation (engineering order, job cards) preparation of necessary parts, kits and tools, planning.
• Preparation of all scheduled maintenance process in part of expendables, consumables, tools and parts.
• Control Non Mandatory modifications (Boeing SBs, STC, minor
modifications) applicable to Transaero 767 and 777 fleet – updating and control of Modifications and SB status.
• Based on reliability (reports from reliability analysis group i.e. flight delays, cost- burden), develop actions to increase reliability of aircraft systems and(or) components, decrease costs or flight delays, submit proposals to improve maintenance program and MEL.
• Based on Material department request, review parts / components / consumables interchangeability, and confirm or find any.
• Review proposals and if necessary preparation of requirements and contract with MRO for components modifications and(or) support programs. (now doing for thrust reversers of 777 RR and PW, previously did for 767 GE engines thrust reversers)
• Participation in OEM conferences i.e. Boeing Fleet team teleconferences and Face to face meetings (Everett / Seal Beach).
• Thrust reversers Cf680C maintenance and repair agreements preparation and shop visits support.

Technical Documentation Engineer

• Monitoring and assessment of aviation authorities laws, internal company’s documents and etc., for essential documents which must be placed on board of aircraft, to be used by the cabin crew, flight crew, or technical crew, or foreign inspectors during ramp inspection.
• Receiving, registration, applicability assessment, copying and placing on boards of aircrafts, printed matter, and keeping them updated. (including but not limited: QRH, AFM, FCOM, CAOM, some internal Transaero airlines documents, Transaero flight operations manual)
• Managing technical documentation (CDs, technical documents server) providing all technical line stations with copies, and keeping them updated.
