Exlases Holdings LTD is an exclusive distributor of the Agusta Westland (Leonardo), Italian helicopter manufacturer. Me, as an after-sales support manager was responsible and successful in the following:
1. In charge of the whole process of the aircraft delivery starting from the moment of contract signature. Design customization, follow up on each step of the aircraft production and support the end user with any kind of request concerning the future operation.

2. Full acceptance of the aircraft together with the Client at the manufacturer’s factory, which includes:

- Ground check of the helicopter (technical, interior / exterior)

- Test flight together with technicians and pilots from client and manufacturer side

- Technical documentation check

- All organizational needs from both sides, Client and Manufacturer

3. Organize the process and all trainings for the pilots and technicians in Training Academy of the manufacturer.

4. Deal with certification requirement by local aviation authorities, both for helicopter configuration and training.
5. Support with the delivery of an aircraft to its operation base (worldwide). 24 / 7 customer support for any kind of request during the operational service.

6. Managed the full process of trade-in of the second hand aircraft, including (pre-buy inspection; return to services; full acceptance by the new owner)

During my work with the company, i have successfully delivered over 50 helicopters to Clients (AW139, AW119, AW109SP, AW189, AW169)

Leading a project with an American company - John Deere, renovation of the agriculture machinery factory in Orenburg (management of 5 employees)
General Responsibilities:

- Interaction with the client, preparation of meetings, coordination of the necessary documentation, reporting to the customer

- Developing the project plan, including risk evaluation of the project, preparation of the budget and schedule of the project

- Control of the initial work (preparation of engineering documentation, running tenders and finding the contractors of construction works)

- Control of the financial reports: compliance of the actual costs to the planned budget

- Monitoring of construction and engineering services in the course of the project

- Monitoring the compliance of the actual construction works with the design. Control of the incorporation of all the changes into working design.

Key Achievements:

- Development of the project from the scratch. Present the plan to the customer.

- Obtaining the necessary permits in the short time period (getting the positive conclusion from Orenburg State Expertiza, with minimal required set of documents)

- Strict adherence to the plan and budget

- Successful management of the construction of the facility

General Responsibilities:

- Leading "Provisioning Materials" project

- Manage and control job process of all Technician Employees in Spares department

- Developed a recommended list of consumable materials for all components on 727, 747-8, 737 classic, 777, 787 airplanes. Focused project on chemical materials (adhesives, sealants, paints etc). Work with Boeing suppliers such as 3M, GE, Honeywell etc.

- Work with suppliers documents (Component Maintenance Manuals) and create the database for Boeing technical publications (taylored for each customer))

- Support all engineers on this project. Work with database and drafts (2005-2007 “Interchangeability of Spares Parts” project)

Key Achievements:

- Have developed a new method of work in order to optimize the technical department witht the help of Boeing software.

- Transfer to the position: «Head of technical department» in spares parts department in Moscow / Seattle

- Active participation in the new project of «Dream liner (787)». Successfully contributed together with the team to launch the airplane into flight maiden on time
