On land service of all the personally assigned flights. Control the processes of registration and service of aircraft in specific time periods, to avoid any possible flight delays. Provide solutions to any issues, including issues with passengers during the registration process. That includes reassigning of the tickets and finding new flights for passengers who missed their layover flights.

As an Airline representative, my responsibilities include but not limited to the following: proficiently solve problems during check-in process in order to avoid flight delay; make sure that as all passengers are on board a plane is supplied with the same numbers of meals. Also provide all necessary information and arrange accommodations such as food and hotel for the passengers who lost connecting flight or in case of a long time delay. Show high resistance to stress in situations when flight was overbooked while being polite and trying to provide the next best accommodation for the customer. Various types of paper work include reports about flight, numbers of passengers, delays etc.
The company has up to 9000 passengers daily during summer time with about than 60 flights a day.

Checked-in passengers while maintaining high speed and good quality of work. Showed great communicational skills and attention to number. Checked boarding passes of every passenger, kept under control whole process, called names of those passengers who were going to be late. Prepared all necessary paperwork such as reports about flight, numbers of passengers, delays etc.
