Main duties:
• management of the airline production departments (Flight, Attandant, Technical, Ground handling, Operation control) and other departments (document circulation, labor protection, claims);
• control the necessary level of safety and regularity of air transportation, increasing their efficiency and reducing costs (material, financial, labor, etc.);
• preparation and holding of organizational events related to audits of supervisory, international organizations (RCAA, BCAA, State Labor Inspectorate, Prosecutor's Office, IATA (IOSA), etc.). And representation of the interests of the Airlines;
• operative control under the activities of the services - preparation and implementation of flights, analysis of information coming from the structural units necessary for operational control and regulation of the process of flight operations in crisis / non-standard situations.
Achievements:
• preparation and introduction of a new, rare for the Russian Federation, type Embraer 190 aircraft in the Air Operator Certificate;
• preparation and successful passage of the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) audit was in the spring of 2018 after the reorganization of the structure of the Airlines (Technical, Ground handling, Commercial, IT was move to outsoures basis). In the conditions of full replacement of quality personnel in 2017. Based on the audit results, the airline company received only 11 findings and 7 observation from 891 ISM items.

Main duties:
• effective management of the production and economic activities of the Technical department of the airline (conlusion contracts for CAMO, AMO, MRO, and spare parts), including for Line maintenance station located in different cities of the Russian Federation (at the end of 2016, Line maintenance stations are withdrawn from the structure of Airlines to a separate legal entity);
• evaluation of the effectiveness of Technical department activities with cost analysis, to ensure the required volume of serviceable aircraft, while minimizing the operating costs for the aircraft, necessary to implement the production plan for the required levels of safety and regularity of flights.
Achievements:
• during the implementation of the program for the reorganization of the Technical department in end of 2016, a new structure of Technical Department was created with a minimum number of personnel, allowing all audits to pass almost without comment.
• reorganization of the Technical department from a completely independent organizations (as CAMO and AMO) to the engineering service, where all functions were transferred to a contract organization established partly on the basis of former LMS of the Airline, with a decrease in the number of staff of TD by several times and absence of claims against the employer from dismissed workers;
• creating and certification of 5 Linear Stations for Maintenance of Boeing 737, 757, 767 aircraft, on which, in addition to their own aircraft, third-party servicing is carried out (Russia, S7, Azur Air, Nord wind);
• organization of acceptance and return of 15 aircrafts (Boeing and Embraer) to different lessors;

Acting Manager of Engineering and Planning Department, May 2014 - September 2014.

Main duties:
• management of the department, which performs a full cycle of work to continue airworthiness (Boeing 737, 757, 767), including сonclusion of contracts with the maintenance organizations of the aircraft on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad;
Achievements:
• preparation of the aviation engineering aviation service for the first IOSA audit (IATA Operational Safety Audit), in according to the audit results, only 3 findings from 114 items in the Maintenance section;

Manager of Planning Group, May 2013 - May 2014.

Achievements:
• Creation of the planning group from zero. The group carry out planning of all work on maintenance of the aircraft, including line and basic maintenance, as well as the organization and maintenance of the documental archive for all operational and technical documentation;

Project manager to organize of Line Maintenance Station in airport of Vladivostok (without breaking away from the main work in Krasnoyarsk), December 2011 - May 2013.

Achievements:
• Line Station in Vladivostok received all necessary approvals from the aviation authorities after 7 months after the start of the project. During the year, 2012 Line station has several internal and external audits PART 145. External audits by EASA and "Asiana Airlines" passed without any remarks to the Line station itself.
