Responsibilities / Key accountabilities:
- Benchmark analysis of “ into-plane” jet fuel invoices of Clients (business-aviation sector) at any airport in the world: fuel price, all applicable and non-applicable fees, charges, taxes, other conditions of fuel procurement with preparation of report to the Client
- Supervision of automation of all human manual fuel documents analysis for fuel checks and benchmarking
- To maintain, extend, update and upgrade benchmark fuel pricing database for all airports in the world (Platts-based formulae, other market indicators, spot fuel prices depending on location, fuel fees & taxes, rules of pricing location by location)
- To supervise IT development and automation processes of fuel analysis block & benchmark fuel prices database
- To suggest potential optimisations to Clients for jet fuel procurement, to hold negotiations with fuel suppliers on behalf of Clients to improve current conditions
- Jet fuel market researches based on actual fuel invoices, open sources, Company’ s resources and own sources of information if any to actualise fuel database
- Assistance to Client support for all requests and questions arising for jet fuel
- To maintain the rules of fuel analysis for Production block of Company
- To manage relationship with all partner organisations related to data feed for fuel pricing database
- To maintain watch on aviation fuel industry’ s latest technologies, trends, etc.
Requirements / Essential criteria & qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of international “ into-plane” jet fuel market is a must (Platts-based pricing, principles of fuel taxation, principles of jet fuel invoicing, major fuel suppliers and resellers on global market, principles of into-plane fuel sales / procurement, etc.)
- Knowledge of USA GA jet fuel market is a plus (FBOs, local fuel suppliers, US taxation, jet fuel pricing in USA, etc.)
- Preferred experience: jet fuel procurement in international airline / GA operator or jet fuel sales in international fuel supplier / reseller / FBO
- Knowledge of major Platts / Argus jet fuel quotes & indices (Europe, Asia & USA regions, at least 2 out of 3)
- Advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills, knowledge of more sophisticated IT soft is a plus
- Existed business relationships and contacts with into-plane jet fuel suppliers, resellers & FBOs is a big plus
- English language is a must, at least intermediate or higher

- Ability to work in strict time limits, multi-task approach
